Genetic Magic Story

For years, sorcerers have tried to usurp the tyrannical leader Zalim without success. His rule causes unpredictable weather patterns, and the people in the city struggle to survive.

Now, experienced sorcerer's are hard to find, having been defeated by Zalim, and their magic has been transferred to inexperienced relatives. Will anyone manage to defeat Zalim? Or will he continue to rule unchallenged?

The Merpeople would have humans believe they're the heroes of the story. That they save lives and help stranded sailors. Humans have been encouraged to call on the merpeople for help when in trouble at sea.

Blade of Fire

Deep within the city, there’s a sword whose blade can generate fire. No one knows how this blade was made or how it works, and no one is brave enough, or stupid enough to use it. Not anymore. The last time the blade was used an entire civilisation was wiped out. The one wielding it eventually went mad, mad from power or mad from the weapon, it was never quite clear, because eventually, after killing thousands of innocent people, they killed themselves
